If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been successfully placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes or cancellations may not always be possible after an order has been confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices shown on the website are in [INR], with applicable taxes and charges clearly indicated at checkout.

4. Application & Use

Our press-on nails are designed for cosmetic use.

Please follow the application and removal instructions provided with your order. Tiane Nails is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, improper removal, prolonged wear, misuse, or failure to follow the recommended instructions.

If you experience discomfort, irritation, or an allergic reaction, remove the nails immediately and discontinue use.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier are outside Tiane Nails' direct control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Tiane Nails, but because press-on nails are personal-use products, returns and refunds are subject to eligibility conditions.

Refunds or returns are not automatically guaranteed.

Eligible returns or refunds may apply to situations such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, subject to our inspection and approval.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

Where an order is confirmed to have been damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, Tiane Nails may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one promotional code may be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
